Working alongside company directors, managers, buyers and suppliers transforming the customer shopping experience and recreating a brand to bring a once perceived tired and dusty Marks and Spencer into the Twentieth Century.
Designing products which not only meet their sales projections but exceed their expectations, affecting unprecedented sales at launch throughout stores both nationally and internationally, often overwhelming the ability to supply on demand.

The purpose of this project was not only to re-enhance and make more desirable their existing hosiery packaging from its tired old fashioned appearance, and design new lines to be added to the already vast and confusing product range, but to create by way of a matrix, a system to ensure customers could navigate clearly and identify their purchase 'At A Glance' by size, colour, and denier appearance the product ranges unique values, qualities and properties. A system that has been adopted and emulated by hosiery and lingerie competing industry retailers and manufacturers alike.
Following the success from sales at the launch of the Pearl product through its packaging design to an audience previously un-identified, it gave rise to a whole new product line to be tendered, 'The Bridal Collection'.
